1-Day Retreat: Nervous System, Saunagus, Nature & Rest
*Give yourself a well-deserved break with a 1-day retreat at Bygagergaard, where nature on Møn forms a calm setting for contemplation and self-care. You are taught by psychotherapist Anna Falch. * At this 1-day retreat, we combine physiological and psychological knowledge with recent neuroresearch. We are committed to supporting you in a day of rest. During the retreat, you will gain practical insight into how your nervous system responds to stress and pressure. We dive into theory and therapeutic methods, which give you a deeper understanding of how to regulate your nervous system and achieve better balance between body and mind. You will be given concrete tools to manage stress and find inner peace, based on the latest neuroscience research. The day also includes gentle movement exercises, saunagus, vagus exercises and writing exercises, which will help you integrate this knowledge on a practical level. We finish with a tasty, nutritious soup, prepared with seasonal vegetables and local ingredients that support the body's need for nourishment and recovery. The day starts with a yin-yoga session where you get time to feel and connect with your body. This is a gentle form of movement, which helps you loosen up from tension and find calm in the nervous system. After yoga, you will have the opportunity to attend a sauna session, where the warm vapors and essential oils support the body's natural detoxification and recovery. You can also choose to take a cold water/ice bath, which provides a significant stimulation of blood circulation and increases the body's ability to regenerate. Bygagergaard creates a safe and supportive space where you can have time and peace to reflect and immerse yourself. Holidays like New Year give us a moment to stop and reflect on our lives. With a pause, we are sometimes able to look back and remember precious moments, in the year that has passed. In this way, a reflective pause also gives us a chance to redefine our values and needs and start cultivating a life that aligns with our truest desires and dreams. At this 1-day retreat, you will have the opportunity to spend time on yourself to reflect on the past year, reap the lessons you have gained, and cultivate your desires for the year ahead. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, practice guided mindfulness, relaxation techniques and take steps towards your own 2025 with self-care and clarity. Saunagus and cold water baths are offered for those who want to let go of the past years of heat while engaging in your self-reflection and introspection. We are closing 2024 off in a symbolic way and moving towards 2024 with clarity, connectedness and well-being. The day creates an opportunity to re-evaluate and adapt your visions for 2025 to the life you want to live. Soup for lunch. Today's focus: Review the year that has passed and collect your highlights Reconnect with who you are and what you want for the year ahead. Nature hotel, café, retreats & events in Hårbølle on Møn

A resting place in the middle of the beautiful nature of Møn.

In the middle of the small village of Hårbølle on VestMøn lies the nature hotel Bygagergaard with its unique accommodation and café. A quadrangular farmhouse from 1861, which is undergoing loving, sustainable renovation after years of disrepair. Around the farm are the most beautiful open fields, the cozy orchard and exciting mini-forests. From the fields, the view is open and the eye can take in nature without bothering. At Bygagergaard, an exciting project is taking shape. A place that is built with a focus on sustainability, community and enjoyment. Here you can spend the night in rooms on the farm or in glamping tents in the field, whether you want to go on a girlfriend trip or take the whole family with you. Our location is perfectly connected with the Camønoen pilgrimage route, the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle route and can therefore be used as a stop on the trip. We offer experiences all year round. The experiences range from music festivals to saunas but have in common the focus on immersion whether it is in art, nature, oneself or in each other.
