Step out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and give yourself a well-deserved break with a 3-day retreat at Bygagergaard, where nature on Møn forms a beautiful setting for contemplation and self-care. Our approach to supporting you combines both physiological and psychological knowledge with recent neuroresearch to support your process at a safe and slow pace.
Along the way, you will gain theoretical insights into the functioning of the nervous system, including polyvagal theory and therapeutic methods, which will open up your understanding of how you react under pressure and how your nervous system affects the whole way you experience the world.
Engage in presentations and practices that help you regulate your nervous system and gain an understanding of yourself both mentally, emotionally, and sensory-wise. Through gentle movement exercises, sauna, cold water baths and guided writing exercises, you will have the opportunity to support your body and mind in regeneration and rest.
Bygagergaard's chef prepares nutritious and tasty meals. Stay in our cozy rooms, embraced by the peace and tranquility of nature, and enjoy the warm and relaxing atmosphere during classes.
Whether you come alone to find peace and contemplation, or share this unique experience with someone you care about, this retreat is an invitation to return to yourself, with nature and community as a backdrop.
